Store Policy

  1. There are no refunds, your order may be eligible for exchange

  2. Exchanged items must be in original packaging and complete 

  3. Final sale on special orders

  4. Final sale on electronics (tuners, gauges, etc)

  5. Final sale on used parts

  6. All parts for off-road use only

  7. The customer is responsible for ensuring the part will fit the vehicle

  8. The customer is responsible for the correct installation of the part

  9. Warranty claims must be directed at the manufacturing company of the faulty part unless it is an SSL branded part

  10. The customer is responsible for any damage or injury caused by the install or use of any item purchased

  11. Any shipping damage claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the package and must not show signs of installation

  12. All performance parts are strictly for off-road use only and Sydney Speedlab is not in any way liable to abuse of this rule/ federal laws in place regarding performance or upgraded parts.

  13. Sydney Speedlab and anyone associated to them are not in any way liable for any damages or losses caused by parts installed on vehicles
